The Wheaton Holiday Housewalk has become a cherished tradition for many who
desire to see some of the most beautiful homes in Wheaton decorated in holiday
splendor and only open to the public for this one day a year. The homes, all located in
historic downtown Wheaton, include:
• 121 W. Union, a new 2017 modern farmhouse creatively crafted with family
in mind and decorated locally to reflect the area,
• 1203 E. Harrison, a 1905 historical home filled with timeless treasure,
cherished Wheaton history and world travel,
• 218 E. Madison, a 1950’s renovated Georgian, including an in-law suite,
global decor, and featuring artfully landscaped gardens that are a gardener’s
dream,
• 228 E. Franklin, a 6,000+ square foot sophisticated brick and masonry home,
featuring exquisite design and timeless elegance.

“We are thrilled to be hosting the Fifth Annual Holiday Housewalk,” Director Kassy
Krause said. “We hope all who get to experience these beautiful homes in their
holiday splendor know that in turn you are helping to significantly defray the cost for
more than 75 students, enabling Flight to continue to be an award-winning
organization celebrating our hard-working young men and women. Each dollar goes
directly towards transportation to competitions, set design and construction; the
costumes - that can be more than 180 costume changes in a single performance;
music copyright, performance licensing and much more. We are beyond grateful for
our homeowners, vendors, designers, local businesses and all of our guests for
making our Housewalk a success year after year!”

Attendees may visit homes in any order. Two homes are within walking distance of
each other. Please note: No strollers and/or photography are permitted inside the
homes and all tickets on site must be purchased with check or cash only.
