SCORE Workshop: How New Tax Laws Will Affect Your Type of Business Entity

Event Description Come to the Wheaton Public Library, where Attorney James L. Poznak will discuss the legal and tax differences, including the formation, advantages, and disadvantages, among sole proprietorships, C corporations, S corporations, general partnerships, limited partnerships, limited liability companies, not-for-profit corporations, benefit corporations, and low profit limited liability companies. The presentation will cover the recently passed Tax Cuts and Jobs Act, and questions from seminar participants are encouraged.
