Root to Rise Yoga Festival

Event Description
Be a part of a mind-blowing, 75-minute POWER YOGA SOUND OFF EXPERIENCE, led by Lauren Duncan, NEXT yoga. Practice yoga to the beat of music pumped in from our live DJ, through wireless LED headphones! You are able to adjust the sound of your music and instructor – outdoors, surrounded by the beautiful gardens at The Morton Arboretum.
Bring your kids for Family Flow Yoga and/or enjoy a Sound Meditation Class led by Sean Richards. Try out Slack Lines, Acro yoga, and Aerial yoga. All levels welcome!
Shop at our Health and Wellness Market of vendors & sponsors or dance to the beat of our DJ.

Register, set up you mat, grab some tribal body paint and join our community.
11:00 -Open-air POWER YOGA CLASS with LED Sound OFF headphones, led by
Lauren Duncan, NEXT yoga. Please arrive by 10:30 am & Bring you own mat.
