Event Description The holidays are just around the corner and it's time to get ready! Come to Downtown Wheaton for this family-friendly festival which will feature special activities and in-store offerings at various businesses in town.The day kicks off with the Reindeer Run 5K and ends with Rockin' Around the Christmas Tree featuring a DJ and dancing fun! Complimentary holiday treats will be offered by participating businesses throughout the day and they will remain open until 9pm for after dinner shopping! Be sure to enjoy s’mores on the patio at Ivy Restaurant -120 North Hale- a Downtown Wheaton tradition!

Activities taking place during the Christmas Festival include:

8:30am
Reindeer Run 5K sponsored by the Wheaton Lions Club

10am – 9pm
Holiday Stroll – Complimentary holiday treats offered by participating businesses; Windows of Wheaton lighted windows, and Decorated Wreaths display

10am – 4pm
Selfies with cartoon characters from the Parade at the various participating businesses

10am – 5pm
G’Living Wheaton Tree raffle ticket sales

Miss Jamie from the Farm

11am – 8pm
Roaming music and carolers including: Midlothian Scottish Pipe Band

12pm – 3pm
Visits with Santa at Martin Memorial Plaza (Front and Main Streets)
